Opportunity

LifeChek is a Pharmaceutical trading company working to improve access to quality healthcare commodities in Sierra Leone. As a medical sales representative you will act as the key link between our company, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and retail pharmacies to drive the company’s business growth and enhance the company’s brand visibility and market share. Compensation is competitive and opportunity to grow is strong.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and implement a unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Increasing revenue, customer base and field force efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate, timely customer relationship data management.
  • Brand placement/stocking with retailers, hospitals and wholesalers.
  • Submitting your daily sales & marketing operations reports, over emails or any other prescribed means.
  • Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events
  • Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates
  • Support development of new channels and account growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy, health sciences or business administration or diploma in a sales related field.
  • Significant experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, FMCG or business-to-business sales.
  • Demonstrated drive, determination, and skill.
  • Experience across both sales and marketing functions preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience using microsoft tools would be an added advantage.
