How do I make an order?

Go to the website, click on create an account, submit your documents- you will receive your login credentials, log-in, select products and quantities & then submit to confirm your order & pay.

How do I make a payment?

Can I make payment on Delivery?

Yes you can but ONLY after your first ten (10) orders. All initial orders should be paid for upfront to confirm delivery.

When do I receive my order?

Delivery schedule varies depending on the product. This is communicated through the app & you will receive notifications on order status that you can also track on the app.

Can I request for speciality drugs or products that are not available on the website?

Yes you can- This can be done through the lifecheck for healthcare providers special imports portal on the website.

How do I return Products?
